I am currently seeking an Operating Co-Founder / Strategic Business Partner to lead corporate development, strategic partnerships, and commercialization efforts for emerging AI optimization technologies developed under Multitec.
Ideal Profile
I am looking for a highly experienced operator with the following background:
- Proven Entrepreneurial Track Record
A founder or executive with at least one successful exit involving a deep-tech, AI, semiconductor, or SaaS company.
- Strong IP & Legal Expertise
Deep understanding of intellectual property strategy, patent positioning, licensing frameworks, and technology commercialization.
- High-Level Industry Network
Established relationships with engineering leadership, research divisions, or strategic teams at organizations such as NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Cerebras, Groq, or other AI infrastructure companies.
- Operational & Strategic Leadership
Experience structuring partnerships, negotiating enterprise agreements, and building scalable commercial operations around frontier technologies.

My role is centered on the mathematical and algorithmic foundations of the technology.
I am seeking a long-term strategic partner capable of building the legal, operational, and commercial infrastructure necessary to bring these systems to industry scale through licensing, collaboration, and enterprise integration.
The objective is to establish a transparent, equitable, and legally robust partnership structure aligned with long-term deep-tech commercialization.
