Seeking an Operating Co-Founder & Strategic Business Partner
My zone of genius is mathematics and algorithmic architecture. Therefore, I am looking for a Business Partner / Operating Co-founder to take charge of corporate development.
The Profile I Am Looking For:
Proven Track Record: A serial founder who has already achieved a successful Exit (sale of a deep-tech/SaaS company).
IP & Legal Expertise: Someone with a strong legal background who deeply understands Intellectual Property (IP) protection and licensing agreements.
High-Level Network: Direct access and active relationships with engineering leaders at AI hardware and silicon companies (NVIDIA, Groq, Cerebras, AMD, Intel, etc.).
The Partnership Structure:
My stance is transparent: I retain ownership of the core mathematics. I am looking for the strategist who can build the commercial structure to license this technology at scale to industry giants under an equitable and legally bulletproof partnership.
